  The SLA support for ACMI regional services is structured to meet the specific needs of each area as follows :  

• Vietnam (Partner support): Coverage includes standard business hours (5x8) and extended hours (6x8), providing flexible support within typical working days and extended timeframes to accommodate regional requirements.
• Taiwan (Official support): Offers standard support during business hours (5x8) and 24/7 support (7x24) for critical operations, ensuring consistent availability and rapid response from the main support center.
• APAC: Provides support during standard business hours (5x8), covering essential operational needs across the Asia-Pacific region to address local requirements effectively.
• Others: Support is available on a case-by-case basis, allowing for tailored assistance depending on specific circumstances or requests, providing flexibility outside regular support hours.
