Information and purposes
When you email us, you may provide your name, company, email address, request and other information you choose to include. We use it to respond and follow up on your inquiry. Information submitted through the customer support center is used to handle and track the request. The website currently does not accept online form submissions or offer AI chat.
Retention
Consultation emails are retained for two years. Customer support tickets are retained indefinitely under the company’s current policy. Contact service@acmitw.com to request correction or deletion.
Services and processing locations
The website currently uses Cloudflare and its content system uses Sanity. The company email MX record points to Microsoft 365; the customer support center uses Atlassian. Data may be processed in Taiwan and other countries or regions where these SaaS providers deliver services, storage or support, and may be transferred across borders. The company does not restrict processing to Taiwan; actual locations depend on the services used and their settings.
Your choices and rights
You can contact service@acmitw.com to ask to access, review, supplement, correct, stop the use of or delete your personal data. Without contact information, we may not be able to respond to an individual inquiry; public website content remains available.
