Projects organize work; connectors hold connection settings for external systems. Project visibility follows membership, while connector management requires the appropriate permissions.
Assign administration by role.
Team, licensing and billing areas are available to users with applicable permissions. Members, organization administrators and service providers have different access. Signing in does not grant every administration capability.
Understand activity and service status.
Applicable roles can access reports, audit records or service health information. Each area has access conditions; cross-organization administration belongs to the service-provider scope.

Platform roles and external permissions are separate.
Admin Center roles control visibility and actions inside ACMI Unify. Microsoft 365, Google and other external systems retain their own permission requirements. Platform roles do not replace those permissions.
